Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy protects PlantRev customers, users and service infrastructure.

Users may not

• Access or attempt to access another customer, site, account or record without authorization.
• Share, bypass, defeat or misuse authentication or access controls.
• Probe, exploit, disrupt, overload or interfere with PlantRev or connected services.
• Upload malicious code or unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Use automated extraction or other techniques to circumvent reasonable service limits or access controls.
• Misrepresent identity, authority or affiliation.
• Use PlantRev in violation of applicable law or a signed customer agreement.

Enforcement

Diamond F may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect PlantRev, customers, users, infrastructure or legal rights, subject to applicable contractual obligations.
