This Privacy Policy explains how Diamond F Reliability Advisors LLC ("Diamond F") handles information in connection with PlantRev.
Information we handle
PlantRev may process account and business contact information; client and site information; asset, work order, preventive maintenance, reliability, inventory, assessment and project records; uploaded files and images; support communications; authentication and security records; and technical logs.
How information is used
We use information to provide, secure, support and improve PlantRev; authenticate users; operate reporting and configured notifications; troubleshoot issues; prevent misuse; and meet contractual and legal obligations.
Customer data
Customer maintenance, asset, operational and business records remain Customer Data. Diamond F does not claim ownership of Customer Data merely because it is stored or processed through PlantRev.
Service providers
Diamond F may use service providers to host, secure, store, transmit or support PlantRev. Current providers and functions are described on the Subprocessors page.
Security
Diamond F uses administrative and technical controls designed to protect PlantRev and Customer Data. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and disclosure
Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve legitimate business and security records, meet contractual commitments and comply with law. Diamond F may disclose information when required by law or as reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or legal rights.
No sale of operational data
Diamond F does not sell customer maintenance or operational data.
Requests and agreements
Privacy requests may be submitted through PlantRev support or the contact options on this website. If a customer-specific agreement, data protection addendum or security term conflicts with this general policy, the applicable signed agreement controls.
