Data Retention & Deletion
This page summarizes PlantRev data-retention practices. A signed customer agreement or data protection addendum controls if it establishes different requirements.
Active subscriptions
Customer Data is generally retained while an account is active and as needed to maintain the operational and historical records customers use in PlantRev.
After termination
Unless a signed customer agreement establishes a different requirement, Customer Data may be retained for up to 60 days after termination for commercially reasonable export or restoration purposes. After that period, production Customer Data may be removed subject to contractual, technical and legal requirements.
Backups
Deleted information may remain temporarily in disaster-recovery or backup systems until those copies expire under normal retention cycles.
Business, security and legal records
Diamond F may retain limited billing, contract, security, audit and legal records for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for exporting and retaining records they are independently required to preserve for maintenance, safety, regulatory, insurance or business purposes.
