Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PlantRev. A signed order form, subscription agreement or statement of work controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Authorized business use
PlantRev is provided for authorized internal business use by customers and their approved users. Users must protect credentials and use only the client, site and functions they are authorized to access.
Operational responsibility
PlantRev is a maintenance-management, scheduling, documentation and recordkeeping tool. It does not replace qualified maintenance personnel, engineering judgment, lockout/tagout procedures, safety programs, regulatory compliance, required inspections, manufacturer instructions, process-safety systems, protective devices, alarms, interlocks or emergency shutdown systems.
Ownership
As between the parties, customers retain ownership of Customer Data. Diamond F retains its rights in PlantRev software, interfaces, documentation, designs, workflows, reports, branding and other intellectual property, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Service operation
PlantRev may be maintained, updated or modified over time. Diamond F uses commercially reasonable efforts to operate the service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Prohibited conduct
Users may not bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized cross-tenant access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious material, misuse credentials or use PlantRev unlawfully.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach or nonpayment, subject to applicable customer agreements.
Commercial and liability terms
Subscription fees, payment terms, warranties, disclaimers, indemnification, liability limitations, termination rights, governing law and dispute terms are governed by the applicable signed customer agreement or order form.
Contract notice: These website terms are general service terms and are not a substitute for the customer-specific PlantRev subscription agreement.
